SHIPPING

Please check that you're using a valid address as we do NOT ship to PO Boxes. If a box is returned because of an incorrect address, resending is at your expense. We are NOT responsible for the replacement cost for lost, damaged, or eaten items. We bake fresh daily so if you choose not to eat your order right away, please freeze them until you're ready to eat. Due to the nature of our products, there are no cancellations and no returns.

Ground Shipping through USPS, UPS or FedEx - Ground shipping is typically 5 BUSINESS days (East Coast orders may take longer) - ALL ground orders are picked up in the afternoon, if order is placed after 2pm PST., your order will ship the next business day.

- UPS & FedEx ground shipping can take much LONGER and is NOT delivered with a guaranteed time frame. - (Remember weekends do not count as business days!)

We offer 2-day shipping through FedEx (however FedEx does not guarantee this) - Orders purchased on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday and SHOULD arrive by Wednesday.
- Orders purchased on Wednesday SHOULD arrive by Friday. - Any orders made after 4pm PST., will be shipped the next business day.
